I had a good stay overall at this hotel. The location is fantastic, just a block from the Mekong and in the heart of a historic area. The room was clean and comfortable, but it did feel a bit small and had a humid smell. The service was a bit hit or miss – while some staff were very nice, others didn’t come across as friendly. For the price, I felt it offered decent value but there is definitely room for improvement.
